The raw materials are processed in a ball mill, where they are ground into fine, uniform particles. This process enhances the plasticity of the clay, improving its workability and ensuring that the molding process runs smoothly without cracks or air bubbles.

We use a dewatering machine to remove excess moisture from the clay, ensuring the ideal moisture content for molding. This step is crucial for maintaining the stability of the ceramic material, preventing excessive shrinkage during the molding process, and improving the quality and consistency of the finished product.

During the kneading process, we manually or mechanically mix the clay to achieve a uniform and pliable consistency. This step ensures that the clay is highly malleable, making the molding process more precise and reducing the potential for defects or instability during production.

In this step, the clay is shaped into the basic form of the casserole using advanced molding techniques, either by hand or mechanical pressing. We strictly control the shape and size of each casserole to ensure precision and consistency, ensuring that the products meet the design requirements.

After molding, the casseroles are carefully trimmed to remove excess material, and water is added to prevent cracking during the drying process. This step not only ensures the casseroles' appearance is aesthetically pleasing but also enhances their heat resistance and crack resistance, preparing them for the subsequent firing process.

During bisque firing, the molded casseroles are subjected to low-temperature firing to remove residual moisture and organic matter, strengthening the clay body. This step ensures that the casserole maintains structural stability and reduces the risk of deformation during high-temperature firing.

In the glazing process, we apply a high-quality glaze to the bisque-fired casseroles. The glaze enhances both the aesthetic shine and durability of the casserole, providing additional heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. We use premium glazes to ensure each product has a flawless surface and strong functional performance.

The glazed casseroles are then subjected to high-temperature firing in a kiln. This process ensures that the ceramic and glaze fuse together perfectly, making the casseroles durable and giving them a beautiful, glossy finish. It also guarantees that the casseroles are heat-resistant and will last for many years.

Every finished casserole undergoes strict quality inspection to check for any defects such as cracks, bubbles, or deformation. Our quality control team ensures that every product meets high-quality standards, and only those that pass inspection move on to the next stage.

After passing the inspection, the casseroles are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Once packaged, the products are stored in our warehouse, ready for timely shipment.
